About We Can Be Hero’s
Our Mission
The objective of We Can Be Hero's is to provide youth with a constructive alternative to gang involvement and substance abuse. Our program offers teenagers the opportunity to explore various career paths, develop sales skills, and understand different work ethics. We engage in activities such as door-to-door outreach, running lemonade stands, and organizing events, all aimed at fostering dependability, responsibility, and essential job skills through these fundraising initiatives.
This program creates a safe environment for participants to connect with new individuals. We also emphasize accountability regarding attendance and performance. The skills they gain not only enhance their confidence but also prepare them for future job opportunities and career advancement.
